The IT Me project is a dedicated platform designed to revolutionize the IT job market by providing a transparent, interactive space where employees and job seekers can share their experiences and insights about various IT companies. By empowering users to voice their experiences, the project aims to bring transparency to the working environment and hiring processes of IT companies, enabling job seekers to make more informed career decisions. At its core, the project has a straightforward Login/Register feature. This provides secure access to the platform, ensuring that all the shared experiences and insights are genuine. A key functionality of the project is the ability to Add/Edit/Delete comments. This allows users to share their thoughts about a particular employer or job experience, or to modify or remove their comments as needed. In addition to comments, users can also Add/Edit/Delete impressions from their interviews. This valuable information helps prospective candidates understand what to expect during the interview process at different companies. The project includes a unique feature to Add salary details for specified positions. This helps provide a clear picture of compensation across various roles in the IT industry. With user account security in mind, the platform incorporates a Confirm email & Change password functionality. This adds an extra layer of security to each user's account while ensuring the platform remains accessible only to genuine users. The Search companies by name feature enables users to look for specific companies, allowing them to quickly find and read about others' experiences with these companies. Furthermore, the platform allows users to See and Edit/Delete draft comments and interviews. This way, users can review their content before posting it to ensure it accurately reflects their experiences and impressions.
